All dishes are prepared from our gardens or nearby farms, with free-range meats and beverages of luxurious biodynamic quality.
You have nothing to worry about other than making the most of your time in the beautiful countryside, with the birds singing, the branches rustling and the intoxicating scent of our organic herbs, trees and shrubs.
Our water, for the record, contains high doses of minerals discovered through geological and hydrological exploration, so we boast a mineral spring from which we bottle water for your internal healing treatments and hydrotherapy.
