In our restaurant located in the heart of the Lavender Valley, we are dedicated to preparing food from our resources with love and care.

When it is needed to turn to outside suppliers, we carefully select meat, eggs and other specialty items from free-range or organic farms only. We source vegetables and fruit in organic quality, from Czech farmers and permaculture. Cheese and other delicacies come from local farmers and producers, such as those from Tetín and other regions.

Our beer comes from a collaboration with Všeradice Brewery, while our wine is produced in collaboration with Moravian winemakers such as Mirka Ježková. With a love for traditions and holidays, we cook in accordance with the Czech calendar and every weekend is dedicated to celebrating traditional customs and holidays, from the Three Kings to Advent.

We are open 365 days a year for our guests and their treatments.

Reservations for packages with special lunches, breakfasts and dinners experiences are available every day during your stay. Our doors are open to the public during holidays, weekends and vacations.
