USE
Pour two tablespoons into 2 l of unboiled water max 70 °C and infuse for 24 h. After cooling, use for poultices, rubbing or bathing affected areas.

ORGANIC OATS AND BUCKWHEAT
Organic oats are a source of very beneficial natural substances for health.
