Plantain seeds are sown from spring to autumn. Plant with a spacing of 20 cm between plants. The herb tolerates sunny locations, but requires higher humidity, so regular watering is important. Plantain grows well in various types of soil, from humus to stony.
Sowing: May–September directly into organic soil in sunny places.
Harvest
Harvesting takes place according to planting, most often from June to August, before flowering. The leaves must be dried quickly to prevent them from turning black. Do not collect the leaves after rain or during morning dew.
