Longevity - a miracle of the smart care
There is no time or mood for long reading in today's busy and fast-paced world, so we bring PASSWORDS FOR YOUR LONGEVITY AND THE TRUTH.
The doctor treats, nature cures
medicus curat, natura sanat – Latin and Old Czech proverbs
Always look for a way to smartly care for every cell in your body.
Self-love brings more love to the people around us.
Healthy and happy people, a pleasant and cheerful world without pain.
Healthy daily movement is as important as the magic of rest.
NOW or LATER
I will start to take care now not „on Monday“
Don´t leave anything for later, the coffee gets cold.
Later, you lose the taste and interest.
Later, the days turn into the night.
Later your loved ones grow up.
Later some of your loved ones get old.
Later, life goes by.
Later, you regret not doing something when you had a chance.
What to do for my longevity?
Longevity as a concept has been attracting more and more interest and attention over the last few years. Whether it is our eating habits, sleep quality, the endless supplements we consume, or how many Pilates classes we attend each week, it all comes down to longevity. The desire to live a long and healthy life. As new trends come and go, it's becoming easier to get lost in the sea of advice, and it's nearly impossible to abide by the perfect wellness routine. So let's look at it from a different perspective.
Fake news… Ditch the nonsense
I think in the age of 2025, it is important to mention that there is and will be misinformation on the internet or even in magazines. So the next time you read about a new wonder product that claims to bring health, cure disease, and you don't have to do anything else, please try to think critically about it. Read the contents of such a product thoroughly and consider whether the substances in the product are needed by your body, what benefits it brings to the body, including potential side effects, and how it needs to be used correctly.
Use your own brain and intuition. Listen to your mind and soul. And do you trust the people who recommended them to you? Because even the most effective and truly beneficial products require your active participation and care for your body, mind, and soul.
Stress, Sleep, Emotions
Do you remember the last time you dealt with stressful moments or unpleasant emotional experiences?
Of course, when we are troubled or unable to discard feelings of fear, anxiety, or even depression, a lack of quality sleep comes into play, hand-in-hand with the search for quick dopamine hits with alcohol, sweets, cigarettes, or other drugs. As a result of these conditions, we first see the results on our face, skin, and hair – dry skin, for example. Later, unfortunately, comes pain, poor bowel movements, sometimes dizziness, drowsiness, aversion to food, or, on the contrary, overeating, weak immunity, frequent illnesses, and susceptibility to disease. In the latest stage of prolonged stress and insomnia, serious or chronic diseases may arise.
Mental nutrition
With the coming of the New Year, there is a lot of talk about longevity, taking care of health – body, mind, and soul – and overall well-being. However, the most important thing is often forgotten: how to actually achieve it. How to love yourself? How to take care of yourself? How to choose from the plethora of dietary supplements, remedies, medicines, healthy foods, and drinks what is right for you? How to nurture peace of mind and cultivate positive thinking?
The solution lies in what Helena Neumannová, the founder of Organic Lavandula Bohemia and the Lavender Valley, began discussing in 2019: "mental nutrition."
So what are we talking about?
"MENTAL NUTRITION IS THE ENGINE OF EPIGENETICS," says Helena Neumannová.
The author of a unique, patented epigenetic method that maps a person's physical, mental, and spiritual health timeline from the moment of their birth to their current state.
"This will change your life by 365°," as my clients say. "And the healing happens naturally; you learn how to start listening to your body, mind, and soul. You discover what to feed them for a positive, healthy, and happy life," says Helena.
It is about cultivating a positive mindset and a strong determination to gain daily energy, health, and access to the most beneficial substances for a healthy body, a positive mind, and a nourished soul.
Healing and working with your own body
It is about nourishing the mind, body, and soul. Mental nutrition involves certain practices aimed at nurturing the mind and soul. This includes choosing the information we take in, engaging in healthy thought patterns, and promoting emotional and physical well-being.
Essentially, it is about creating an environment that supports our mental abilities and emotional stability. So, mental nutrition also encompasses how the foods we eat affect our mental health and energy levels throughout the day.
How food choices can regenerate neurons and neurotransmitters that are key to health. Serotonin is a neurotransmitter that influences sleep and appetite, controls mood, and reduces pain, making it a crucial contributor to happiness. Since approximately 95% of serotonin is produced in the digestive tract, and the digestive tract is covered with hundreds of millions of nerve cells, or neurons, it is clear that the inner workings of the digestive system – the microbiome – not only aid in food digestion but also significantly influences our emotions.
The function of these neurons – and the production of neurotransmitters like serotonin – is heavily influenced by the billions of "good" bacteria that comprise your gut microbiota. These bacteria play a vital role in our overall health. They not only affect the production of Serotonin but also Dopamine, a hormone essential for cognitive function. This includes enhancing concentration, improving performance, facilitating the control of actions, boosting creativity, and sharpening thinking abilities.
Naturopathy as One of the Cornerstones of Longevity
What exactly is naturopathy? How does it differ from traditional herbalism?
Herbalism is a broad term. Herbalists may cultivate herbs, focus solely on healing with plants, specialize in herbal breeding and botanical research, or primarily engage in diagnosis and treatment.
However, phytotherapy, often used in German-speaking countries, requires knowledge of herbs, super crops, minerals and procedures as well as knowledge of the human body, its chemical and energetic functioning, the connection or disconnection of mind, body and soul. Above all, however, lifelong education and reflection of new discoveries of scientists, even the damned ones, but who have proven results and therefore can offer their knowledge and procedures to always help not to cure, but to heal and restart the ability of each of us to help ourselves out of illness, problem, difficulties.
How does the connection between herbs and modern science work?
Here in the Lavender Valley, thank goodness we are doing very well and with joy on both sides.
Many high-quality companies across Europe, including ourselves, are dedicated to working with BIO-certified herbs and minerals. We strive to respectfully return to the wisdom of our traditional European medicine, the one that was here long before the chemical one. It is truly absurd that some consider this ancient wisdom to be merely "alternative."
The United States is currently undergoing a significant change in its healthcare system, taking responsibility for one's health and holding pharmaceutical companies accountable for their actions that, with a view to their own profit but in violation of the entire code of ethics, have caused the absolute dependence on certain drugs (antidepressants, sedatives and analgesics) and the inability to lead a high-quality life for a very high percentage of Americans. They want to create a new America, and to be honest, here in Europe we need similar brave heroes.😊 However, our scientists are happy to work with us, we have wonderful results, and those who want help are really looking and want to see the result or at least a recommendation. He doesn't trust anymore and that makes me happy.
In the context of herbs we usually think of drinking teas, but what can naturopathy offer us in practice?
Here in Slavic Europe, with a few exceptions, tea trees have never grown. Traditionally, we and our ancestors have prepared infusions from various crops, herbs, tree bark, and other plant materials.
However, the word "tea" has become so widely accepted that I no longer worry about the distinction and embrace it with a smile.😊 Our Asian counterparts would likely agree.
Naturopathy is a beautiful science and discipline, but the right herbs are only one-third of the equation. The first and most crucial step is Epigenetic analysis. I have developed a unique, patented method in this area, and I am proud to say that my colleagues, whom I have trained and mentored in this method, are achieving exceptional results. It is perhaps this method, combined with a holistic diagnosis of the soul, body, and mind, and supported with high-quality biodynamic products approved by science and last but not least, renewed procedures that are equal to highly recognized procedures in the world - in Japanese spas, in Ayurveda, in Chinese medicine, however it is only our European, balneological approach has even attracted the interest of the world's leading wellness chain, Mandarin Oriental, with whom we have established a collaboration.
Why is there not such an emphasis on a specific "disease" in naturopathy?
Because disease is the result of many years, behaviors, worries, emotional shocks, the way you set up your life, mitochondria and neurons, and all of this is epigenetics. After all, there is a revolution in medicine. We are still taught that 95% of our illness is due to either infection or genetics or trauma. And suddenly we've discovered what the ancient Sumerians, Babylonians, Greeks, Romans, Indians, Chinese, Arab physicians and not least our European ranchers already knew - that it's about taking care of yourself and your body, mind and soul.
How does it support the body's self-healing functions?
By daily wise care. A minimum of poisons in the body in any form. There are GMO foods, junk food, drugs, perfumes and cosmetics full of toxins that people leave crazy money for in stores and then wonder about cancer, stress, bad mood in society, minimal exercise, mental discomfort, not knowing how to love yourself, being scared - fear is a terrible tool of evil. We are the sheep and we are the psychopaths, and we let ourselves be carried away by the fear of everything.
Why is the Quality of Herbs Crucial and how we can recognise true quality?
There is no herb like herb.
The most transparent answer is in the form of evidence.
"A plant that has not passed ORGANIC certification cannot be considered a herb at all.
How about giving yourself pesticides, antibiotics, hormones, microplastics or some other chemical cocktail of poisons?
And this is exactly what will happen to you with "herbs" that are not ORGANIC certified. I don't know if they grew up next to a highway, next to a dry cleaner or next to a jeans dyeing factory in Thailand, China or India.”
From the world
"Scientists have discovered microplastics in tea bags that can increase the risk of cancer or infertility..."

Inspectors of the State Agricultural and Food Inspection (SZPI) during the inspection of wholesalers and importers in cooperation with the Customs Office Prague - Ruzyně secured two shipments of basil from Thailand, in which laboratory analysis confirmed the presence of ten and seven pesticide substances in excess of the limit. Some exceeded the limits very significantly, in one case the analysis found the limit exceeded by 100x and in two cases by more than 40x. The strong insecticide carbofuran, which was banned by the EU in 2008 due to its adverse effects, also figured among the above-limit substances. The total weight of the non-conforming batches reached almost 850 kg.
When should we entrust our health to a naturopath? Are there limitations to what we can achieve at home?
You know, in this case, we would appeal to two basic avenues of help. The first help is to say to your neighbour and to yourself - what if we didn't fertilise the lawn, the geraniums might not even be that huge, and what if we didn't have an English lawn but we and your children could eat great vegetables, herbs and fruit of our own. And we're going to start fixing up the soil and this country. In 3 years you can treat with your own herbs as recommended by a naturopath or herbalist.
The other way, however, is to see a doctor for acute problems and a neuropath for chronic ones and for prevention. Combine the two. I am a proud associate of Prof. Verny of Harvard University, and he, in his senior years - well, over 80, I won't be completely impertinent - says, "I see my neuropath twice a year and I'm as healthy as a turnip." In the US, for example, quality aromatherapy is already covered by insurance because it has exceptional results. Our treatments for which you have to go to a spa for a few days should also be covered on a daily basis to make more people healthy.
Are there situations where naturopathy helps, reinforces conventional medicine? Or are they mutually exclusive?
Not at all. They should work hand in hand. As we've already suggested. 😊 Ideally, they would work together on the client so that the client is satisfied and the doctor and neuropath have excellent results. And I for one believe our country is one big natural clinic because we have 35 spa towns, and I proudly work with several doctors. I am very pleased to work with MUDr. Milada Sarova, an exceptional woman and a top internist, balneologist and researcher, and with Doc. Peter Kolisko in Karlovy Vary - and the results we have achieved together are fantastic.
History of Human Beings – What Has Changed Most in the Last 100 Years
Let's recall the fact.
Just a century ago, in 1900, a vast majority of Europeans lived in rural communities, deeply connected to the rhythms of the land. Today, we grapple with the consequences of a disconnection from our agricultural roots: encroachment of fertile farmland, the production of modified toxic foods, the farming of antibiotic-aided meat, and the devastating impacts of climate change – droughts, forest fires, and insect infestations. The multinationals are playing a game with us that the weather is the culprit, but the state of the soil is also a major factor. The health of our soil, a cornerstone of our ecosystem, has been severely compromised. We, as a society, have allowed this degradation to occur in Europe. However, a growing movement of scientists and ecologists is championing a return to traditional, sustainable agricultural practices to help restore the landscape, not damage it.
We are dedicated to bringing you exceptional super crops, traditional European herbs and shrubs and plants cultivated with utmost care with a clear birth certificate and a specific place of origin. Each plant will have a unique story, tracing its origins back to a specific region and the dedicated families who nurture it with honesty, humility, and a deep respect for the wisdom of our ancestors and the love and harmony of nature.
